Biography
Dr. Fang is currently a computational biologist at the Nation Cancer Institute (NCI), USA. Prior to joining NCI in 2013, he was the director of Applied Bioinformatics Laboratory at the University of Kansas. He obtained his bachelor at Peking University, M.S. at the Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry, China, and PH.D. In chemistry at Wayne State University, USA. He is the author or co-author of over 80 scientific papers.
Research Interest
Integrated data analysis, data-mining algorithms, systems biology, structural bioinformatics, software and database development, computational drug discovery.
